The ECO4 Scheme provides tenants, homeowners and landlords with FREE Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps, Wall & Loft Insulation.

Coastline Housing Sustainability Project
We supported Coastline Housing in Cornwall to secure vital funding to improve the sustainability of its housing stock. With this initiative, a significant number of properties are being upgraded with fully funded Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps & Insulation.

2-Property Survey
If you are eligible for the ECO4 Scheme, we will arrange a visit to your property to conduct a free, no-obligation survey. Following this assessment, we will provide you with a detailed report outlining the recommended energy-saving measures. Once you have reviewed and approved the proposal, we will schedule a convenient date for the installation of your free energy-efficient improvements. (Tenants we will send this to your landlord)
3-Solar Panels & Heating Upgrades Fitted
Experience immediate improvements in comfort and lower energy bills with your new energy-saving measures—fully supplied and installed for free under the ECO4 Scheme.
